  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
  • If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be slightly delayed.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery time:

  • Express Shipping (if available): 2–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:

5. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

a. Lost Packages

If your package is marked delivered but you did not receive it, please:

  1. Check with neighbors or building management
  2. Verify your shipping address
  3. Contact the carrier

After this, you may contact us for assistance.

b. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours
  • Provide photos and your order number

We will replace the item or offer a suitable solution.


6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (For International Orders)

International orders may incur customs fees, import taxes, or duties.
These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

7. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
If an incorrect address was provided:

  • We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages
  • The customer must pay additional shipping charges for redelivery

8. Return Shipping

Return shipping instructions and costs are described in our Refund Policy.
Unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect, the customer bears return shipping costs.
